Is there a cost to join the Partner Program?
No. Joining the Gershon Consulting Partner Program is completely free. There are no fees, no minimums, and no commitments required. The program is invitation-based and we carefully select partners based on profile fit.
What does the commission structure look like?
Commission rates are discussed individually during the discovery call, based on the type of engagement and your level of involvement. We offer competitive, transparent commissions on both one-time projects and recurring retainer contracts. Commissions apply for the full duration of a client relationship.
Do I need to have clients actively looking for US expansion right now?
Not at all. Many partners join before they have an active referral opportunity. The goal is to be positioned and ready when the time comes. We'll support you with materials to plant the seed with your clients over time.
What's my role after I make the introduction?
That's entirely your choice. Some partners prefer a simple referral model (introduce, step back, collect commission). Others prefer to stay actively involved as an advisor or co-consultant. We accommodate both models and everything in between.
What kinds of French companies are the best fit for Gershon's services?
French SMEs and mid-market companies that are ready to explore, enter or accelerate growth in the US market. Typically companies with 10–500 employees, revenue between €2M and €100M, and a product or service that has proven demand in France but not yet in the US. We work across sectors: technology, industrial, consumer goods, professional services, luxury, food & beverage, and more.
I'm based outside Paris — can I still join?
Absolutely. We have partners across France — Lyon, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille, Nantes, Strasbourg and beyond. Geography is not a limitation. French companies everywhere are looking at the US market.
